Glenfiddich Havana Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky (20cl) 21 Year Old
Out of stock
One of the top Glenfiddich bottles for collectors as it was banned from sale in the USA due to the Cuba / Havana references and thus consequentially re-branded. Most of these original bottles were consumed (this really is an excellent dram so we're told by Glenfiddich experts) so this is now a very rare bottle to find indeed and especially so in this 20cl sized example.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery, mahogany undertones.
Nose
Opulent on the nose: dark dried fruit—fig and raisin—mellowed by toffee, vanilla, and almond. Sherry notes weave with cigar box tobacco, cedar and cocoa, while a hint of orange zest and spice adds lift to a refined, age-softened bouquet.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, this 21-year-old Glenfiddich coats the palate in sherried richness. Notes of fig, raisin and dried apricot mingle with toffee, orange zest and warm oak, while hints of spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—lift the sweetness. The texture is velvety with a gentle mouthfeel, and the finish is long, refined, and lightly cacao-dusted, leaving a balanced, enduring warmth.
Finish
Sherried finish lingers with dried plum, orange zest and dark chocolate, a whisper of tobacco. Velvet oak carries gentle spice, cinnamon and clove, into a long, warm finale that fades to refined sweetness and a subtly resinous glow.
