Glencadam 1996 27 Year Old Reserva de Jerez has been expertly married then finished in the finest Oloroso Sherry butts. These Oloroso Sherry butts impart unique flavours, which give depth and complexity to the Glencadam Single Malt. This rich and indulgent whisky has been bottled at 46% alc/vol, at natural colour and is non-chill filtered.
A limited release of only 1,691 bottles, each individually numbered.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a rich mahogany undertone.
Nose
Inviting aromas of praline, caramelised almonds and cocoa powder, layered with cooked fruits, Manuka honey and sweet cinnamon.
Palate
Creamy Swiss chocolate and warm butterscotch swirl with sultanas, rolling tobacco and spiced apples, all wrapped in comforting warming wood spices.
Finish
Beautifully rounded, with dates and chocolate fudge cake fading into espresso and roasted nuts lingering.
