Tasting Notes
Colour
Natural golden amber with sunlit honeyed depth.
Nose
An inviting bouquet of baked apples, heather honey, sugared almonds and vanilla sponge cake, with hints of cocoa powder and chamomile.
Palate
On the palate, a blanket of apple strudel and spiced fruits unfolds, studded with butterscotch and stem ginger, then tempered by dark chocolate, candied orange and clove rock. Rich yet bright, it lingers with cocoa, baking spice and a gentle warmth.
Finish
Warm cappuccino and custard-tart notes give way to orchard blossom and lemon sherbet sweetness, fading into a cacao and baking-spice linger.
