Glencadam Reserva de Madeira has been specially created by the Master Distiller. From Glencadam’s historic dunnage warehouses, he has carefully selected single malt distilled in 2008 and matured initially in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks.
The single malt in these casks has been expertly married then finished in the finest Madeira wine casks sourced from Portugal’s Madeira Islands. These Madeira wine casks impart unique flavours, which give depth and complexity to the Glencadam Single Malt.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with a warm copper glow and a hint of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Inviting aromas of butterscotch and ginger biscuits mingled with caramelised pecans, dried pineapple and baking spices.
Palate
Mouth coating layers of peach cobbler, golden syrup and crème caramel married with toasted walnuts, praline and candied peels.
Finish
Brandy butter and honey cake mingle with salted caramel, fading into a dark chocolate glow and a warm cinnamon finish.
