Lashings of heather honey, dark chocolate and mocha, with almonds, cinnamon and orange peel on the nose. On the palate there is waves of dark chocolate, treacle, mocha, heather honey and almonds, fused with cinnamon, marmalade and grapefruit.

Colour
Sherry-tinged amber with honey-gold highlights and a coppery shimmer, a warm, luxurious glow.
Nose
A lush, inviting bouquet of heather honey, orange peel and almonds, with cinnamon and dark chocolate mocha. Sherry warmth from Pedro Ximénez and oloroso lingers, touched by vanilla-tinged virgin oak, while a subtle peat-smoked edge from Lum Reek adds a smoky, coastal lift.
Palate
On the palate, waves of dark chocolate and treacle mingle with mocha, heather honey and almonds, folded with cinnamon and orange marmalade. A bright grapefruit lift keeps it fresh, while Lum Reek’s peat threads a gentle smoke through sherry-tinged richness and warm oak spice.
Finish
An enduring, warm finish layered in sherry sweetness—dark chocolate, treacle and heather honey—balanced by almond, cinnamon and orange marmalade. Oak fades gently as grapefruit zest and a touch of smoke from Lum Reek linger, leaving a refined, lingering echo of warmth.
