Nose
Peat smoke threads through sherry-soaked fruit—raisins, dried fig and orange zest—carried by vanilla, toffee and toasted oak. Cocoa notes and subtle spice emerge, finishing with a soft, warming, smoky lift.
Palate
On the palate, peat-kissed Speyside finesse unfolds with poise. Maritime smoke licks honeyed malt, vanilla and toffee, while sherry-dark fruits—raisins, fig, cocoa—add depth. Cinnamon, ginger, and oak sharpen the frame, finishing warm and softly smoky with lingering sweetness and a whisper of salt.
