Created using a combination of PX and Oloroso Puncheons, the 15 year old is a definitive sherried expression of GlenAllachie. This whisky delivers plenty of raisins and butterscotch on the nose which seems to constantly develop in complexity.
- MacNair's Lum Reek 12 Year Old 46% ABV 5cl
Speyside and Islay Single Malts - a combination of peated and unpeated.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Opulent sherry aromas mingle with oak sweetness: raisins, fig and plum from the PX/oloroso, edged by toffee, vanilla and orange zest. The 15 Year Sherry Cask adds syrupy butterscotch and spice, while a whisper of peat and maritime smoke from MacNair’s Lum Reek threads through, creating a luxe, evolving nose of dark fruit, oak and confection.
Palate
Luxuriously sherried and fruit-forward, the palate layers raisin and fig with toffee, dark chocolate and vanilla oak from the various casks. The 15-year sherry finish deepens with molasses and spice, while MacNair’s Lum Reek contributes a subtle peat-smoked malt. A warm, persistent finish of fruit, cacao and gentle smoke.
