Colour
Pale golden straw with a light, sunlit glow.
Nose
Bright apple cores mingle with icing sugar and freshly cut grass, lifted by lime cordial. Subtle barley sugar and wine gums add a gentle, confectionery sweetness to the aroma.
Palate
Pear drops and grassy barley open the palate, fizzing with lime sherbet and a silky vanilla undercurrent. Subtle notes of American hard gums lend candy-shop sweetness, finishing with a light, buoyant lift.
Finish
Apples and pears linger, lightly dusted with vanilla icing. Lime curd sharpens the close, while grassy, fizzy barley sugar leaves a playful, lingering sweetness.
