A 9 year old Single Malt Scotch from the Highland distillery Glen Ord. Floral with a hint of woodsmoke on the nose. The palate is oily with mouthcoating notes of hazelnut spread and honey followed by fruity notes of apple and pear and a hint of lapsang souchong tea. The finish is reminiscent of crunchy pear and clotted cream served with tea.
