Glen Moray Forbidden Fruit is part of the distillery’s experimental range and takes its inspiration from Calvados cask maturation. Initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before a finish in Calvados casks, it brings a clear orchard-fruit character to Glen Moray’s easy-going Speyside style, with fresh apple notes adding a playful twist to the whisky’s softer vanilla and oak profile.

Glen Moray
(Glen-MOR-ay) Glen Moray was founded in 1897 in Elgin, when the old Elgin West Brewery was converted into a distillery, with the first spirit running on 13 September that year. After a short silent period during the First World War, production resumed and the distillery was later acquired by Macdonald & Muir, before passing to La Martiniquaise in 2008.
