Palate

Silky and lightly oily on the palate, revealing orchard-fruit sweetness layered with toasted barley and a kiss of honey. Subtle sherry warmth brings dried orange, raisin and almond, backed by soft spice and whispers of oak. Finishes clean and creamy, with a mellow malt glow lingering.

Finish

An elegant, medium-long finish that remains sweet and malty. Honeyed vanilla and orchard fruit linger on the palate, with a light sherry glow and hints of almond and cinnamon. Oak settles in a gentle, lingering dryness as the warmth slowly recedes.
