Palate

On the palate, velvet sherried richness with ripe orchard fruit—apple and pear—giving way to dark plum, fig and raisin. Toasted almond, orange zest and vanilla marry with a peppery lift from the ABV, while oak and cocoa whisper through. A long, elegant finish with persistent fruit and refined spice.

An enduring, velvet finish of rich sherry fruit - prune, raisin and fig - woven with dark chocolate, toasted almond and a flicker of spice. The heat lingers gracefully, fading to elegant oak and cocoa dust on the palate.
