Sweet aromas rise from a sugar jar, vanilla pods lending a creamy, indulgent core. Vanilla-and-amber scented candles perfume the air, mingling with bright tropical fruits. Faint puffs of chimney coal smoke add a delicate, evocative hearth-flame edge.
Palate
On the palate, chocolate-dusted cappuccino and warm vanilla custard brioche mingle with maple-syrup-poached tangy fruits and a roaring peat fire. Butter-icing vanilla cupcakes glide in, leaving a creamy vanilla sweetness with a gentle, lingering smoke.
Finish
Sweet, creamy vanilla lingers, with a subtle hint of peat smoke weaving through the finish.
