A single sherry cask maturation bottled straight from the cask and unchillfiltered. Pure, honest and intense. On the nose there are hints of dried fruits, spices and marmalade. You will discover flavours of rich raisins, baked cooking apples and spiced orange cake. Complex and textured in the mouth which is so typical of Edradour. The finish is spicy and warming in the throat with dried apricots and sultanas.

Complex and textured on the palate, a wave of dried fruits—raisin and sultana—woven with baked apples and spiced orange cake. Rich and full-bodied with a silky mouthfeel, warming sherry notes and gentle spice that linger, revealing Edradour’s characteristic depth.
Finish
Spicy and warming in the throat, the finish lingers with rich dried apricots and sultanas, entwined with a poised, gentle spice that slowly fades.
