A single sherry cask maturation bottled straight from the cask and unchillfiltered. Pure, honest and intense. Presented in a unique, handsome wooden case with a sliding front panel. On the nose there are hints of dried fruits, spices and marmalade. Complex and textured in the mouth which is so typical of Edradour. Rich raisins, baked cooking apples and spiced orange cake. The finish is spicy and warming in the throat, with dried apricots and sultanas.

Colour
Rich, deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm mahogany glow.
Nose
Sherry-forward and inviting, the nose greets with dried fruits—raisins and marmalade—perfumed by warm spices and a citrus-orange glow. Rich raisins mingle with baked apples and spiced orange cake, hinting at the depth to follow.
Palate
Full, velvety and richly sherried, the palate coats with an oily texture. Dried fruits lead—raisin, fig, apricot—alongside baked apples and spiced orange cake. A warming, spicy spine grows with cinnamon and clove, finishing long with drying sultanas and fruitcake notes.
Finish
Spicy and warming, the finish lingers in the throat, with dried apricots and sultanas.
