This scotch is a richly layered Highland single malt, marrying the distillery’s creamy malt base with the delicate yet expressive traits of first-fill Pinot Noir. Distilled in February 2012 and matured for over 12 years in select casks from the Michael Eppan winery, it was bottled in June 2025.

Creamy, sun-warmed malt lifts from the glass, threaded with Pinot Noir finesse. Rich vanilla and caramel mingle with red cherry and raspberry, a whisper of strawberry, and wine-soft oak. Elegant almond and toffee notes surface beneath a gentle spice, while a faint, toasty malt echo provides grounding. The Pinot influence is refined, precise, and lingering.
