This scotch is a richly layered Highland single malt, marrying the distillery’s creamy malt base with the delicate yet expressive traits of first-fill Pinot Noir. Distilled in February 2012 and matured for over 12 years in select casks from the Michael Eppan winery, it was bottled in June 2025.

Colour

Nose
Creamy, sun-warmed malt lifts from the glass, threaded with Pinot Noir finesse. Rich vanilla and caramel mingle with red cherry and raspberry, a whisper of strawberry, and wine-soft oak. Elegant almond and toffee notes surface beneath a gentle spice, while a faint, toasty malt echo provides grounding. The Pinot influence is refined, precise, and lingering.

Silky, full-bodied palate with a creamy malt backbone, punctuated by red-fruit nuance from the Pinot Noir finish—raspberry, cherry, and a hint of cranberry. Subtle vanilla and toffee sweetness mingle with delicate wine-spice, while gentle oak adds structure. A soft tannic lift carries a long, balanced finish of fruit, malt, and warmth.
