Distilled in 2012, the spirit was entirely matured in 1st fill Madeira Hogsheads. This bottling is from 10 of those, cask numbers 110 to 119, and bottling took place on 29th Febuary 2024, yielding just 3,987 bottles.
No artificial colour has been added during bottling. The colour of the whisky reflects on the natueal impact for the cask during maturation. Due to no chillfiltration, this whisky may turn cloudy when stored in a cool place. It is both full bodied and full flavoured.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep coppery amber with a toasted-golden glow and a hint of mahogany.
Nose
Opulent aromas of baked figs, dates and ripe plum mingle with dried apricot and sun-warmed raisin. Rich toffee and dark chocolate weave with a Madeira-tinged sweetness, while orange zest, almond and spice lift over vanilla malt and polished oak.
Palate
Opulent and full-bodied, the palate thickens with Madeira-infused depth: dried fig, raisin and date joined by toffee, caramel and dark chocolate. Spice notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove entwine with orange zest and vanilla. Silky and warm, the finish lingers with roasted nut, oak spice and a long, fruit-driven sweetness.
Finish
Madeira-cask influence yields a luscious finish: dark fig, date and plum mingle with caramel, chocolate and orange zest. Velvet, full-bodied sweetness lingers long, with toasted almond and soft oak, fading to a warm, refined glow.
