This 10-year-old Edradour from Signatory Vintage’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection showcases the distillery’s famously rich Highland character. Distilled in 2015 and fully matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, it offers deep sherry-led sweetness with notes of stewed orchard fruit, apricot, vanilla and warm baking spice.

Nose

Opulent oloroso sherry aromas envelop the nose, releasing stewed orchard fruits and apricot, woven with vanilla and warm baking spices. A touch of oak adds elegance, while the profile remains richly textured and inviting.

Palate

Silky and textural on the palate, it opens with dried fruit and toffee balanced by sweet malt. Rich sherry sweetness from the first-fill Oloroso lingers, bringing stewed orchard fruit and apricot, wrapped in vanilla, baking spices and a touch of Easter biscuit. Gentle oak warmth supports a long, creamy finish with lingering fruit and spice.

Finish

Long and smooth, the finish lingers with orchard fruit and warm spice, slowly fading into soft oak and a gentle kiss of toffee.
