Bottled as part of the Signatory Vintage Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this Single Malt was distilled at Edradour in 2012. The spirit was allowed to mature in a single cask (#275) for a total of 10 years, before being bottled in 2022.

Colour
Deep amber with a coppery sheen and subtle mahogany undertones.
Nose
Delicate orchard fruit and honeyed malt rise with vanilla cream, while almond and soft spice drift through a polished oak frame, suggesting a refined, well-tempered maturity.
Palate
Silky and lush, this Edradour sherry-cask single malt unfurls a tapestry of dried fig, raisin and orange rind, braided with dark chocolate and toffee. Cinnamon, clove and nutmeg weave through red fruit and almond paste, while a creamy, oak-driven body coats the palate. The finish is long and elegant, with treacle, cocoa and date lingering warmly.
Finish
Long, polished finish with sherried sweetness that slowly fades to dark fruit, roasted almond and cocoa. Oak-driven warmth lingers, framed by subtle spice and a whisper of malt, inviting another sip.
