Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany undertone, a sun-washed glow in the glass.
Nose
Rich Oloroso sherry envelops fragrant notes with dried figs and raisins, ripe plum, honeyed orange zest, and toffee. Subtle almond and vanilla lift the aroma, while soft malt and a whisper of spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—lend restrained elegance and a touch of oak-leather complexity.
Palate
Silky, sherried profile with burnt-orange zest, dried fig and prune, layered with almond and toasted toffee. Rich treacle, cocoa and spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—unfold over a malt-forward, velvety palate with subtle oak and a lingering, warm finish.
Finish
Opulent and lasting, the finish is sherry-soaked and warm: dark raisin and fig mingle with orange zest, dark chocolate, and toasted almond, while cinnamon and clove spice lingers. Velvet oak tannins carry a resinous sweetness that winds down to a refined, elegant finish.
