Palate
Velvety, full-bodied palate of syrupy dark fruits from Pedro Ximénez casks—raisins, fig and date—interwoven with warm spice. The malt-forward heart stays creamy and luxurious, delivering dessert-like sweetness that coats the tongue, with subtle oak and a long, lingering finish.
