A product of the join forces of noted Scottish songwriter Dougie Maclean and the talented producers at Edradour in homage to his famous song, Caledonia this small batch bottling is distilled to 46% ABV, un-chill-filtered and with an initial maturation in Bourbon casks followed by an Oloroso sherry finish of over 4 years.

Nose
Honeyed sweetness leads the nose, entwined with sultanas and sweet figs, delivering a warm, fruit-forward bouquet with syrupy, sun-drenched richness.
Palate
Toasted almonds mingle with orange zest and warm spice, crafting a rich Christmas‑cake palate—fruity marzipan, dried fruit, and a gentle, lingering spice.
Finish
Gently warming, with a dry, spicy finish that lingers elegantly on the palate.
