From the iconic Edradour distillery, here is their ‘Caledonia’ 12 year old Single cask release.
A product of the join forces of noted Scottish songwriter Dougie Maclean and the talented producers at Edradour in homage to his famous song, Caledonia this small batch bottling is distilled to 46% ABV, un-chill-filtered and with an initial maturation in Bourbon casks followed by an Oloroso sherry finish of over 4 years.

Colour
Deep golden amber with warm honey highlights and a coppery, mahogany tint.
Nose
Honey, sultanas and sweet figs rise in the aroma, a warm, raisiny bouquet that invites the senses with sun-drenched fruit and a touch of sherry‑supported richness.
Palate
Toasted almonds form the base, with bright orange zest and warming spices weaving through a Christmas cake richness, delivering a nutty, citrus-spiced palate that lingers with a gently festive warmth.
Finish
Gentle, warming embrace that settles into a dry, spicy finish, leaving a crisp, lingering glow of peppery warmth.
