In 2025, Edradour celebrated two centuries of trailblazing tradition with a selection of anniverary bottlings.
This limited release was distilled in 2015 and matured exclusively in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butts for 10 years, before bottling in 2025. Non-chill-filtered and natural in colour, it delivers profound aromas of molasses, dark chocolate and polished oak, while the palate reveals luscious fig rolls, treacle toffee, sultanas and warming spice.

Colour
Luxuriously dark amber with mahogany depth and a subtle copper shimmer.
Nose
Deep, sweet molasses combines with dark chocolate and polished oak, lifted by Pedro Ximénez sherry richness. Notes of dried fig and sultanas mingle with a whisper of treacle, delivering a decadent, inviting aroma.
Palate
Velvety and luscious on the palate, PX-kissed with rich molasses and dark chocolate. Layers of fig rolls, treacle toffee and sultanas mingle, while warming spice threads through polished oak, delivering a long, decadent finish that lingers with syrupy sweetness and refined warmth.
Finish
Long, opulent and warming, the finish carries PX-imparted sweetness as treacle toffee and fig evolve into sultanas and dark chocolate. A thread of spice and polished oak lingers, velvet-soft yet persistent, leaving a refined, dessert-like afterglow that holds on well beyond the last sip.
