Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold reflections and a mahogany-tinged core.

Nose

Deep, sherried aromas unfold with polished oak, toffee and dark chocolate, warming the senses. Dried figs and raisins mingle with orange zest, almond and a whisper of leather and spice, hinting at age and refined complexity.

Palate

Silky and full on the palate, this 15-year-old Dimple carries a pronounced sherry influence. Dried cherries, fig and prune mingle with toasted almond, dark cocoa and a hint of orange zest, then drift into vanilla and caramel. A gentle spice threads through the mid-palate, finishing long, warm, and elegantly oaked with a softly persistent sweetness.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with sherried depth and a gentle warmth; dried plum and raisin mingle with dark chocolate, toasted almond, and spice, lightly kissed by oak and leaving a lasting, refined glow.
