Colour

Nose
Opulent sherry-driven aroma: dried fig, date and raisin mingle with candied orange zest, toffee and dark chocolate. Hints of vanilla, almond and caramel drift in, joined by subtle spice (cinnamon, clove) and polished oak. A velvety, fruit-forward bouquet that hints at age and refined depth.
Palate
Silky, velvety on the palate with a pronounced sherry influence. Dried plum and raisin sweetness meets dark chocolate, cocoa nib, and toffee. Spiced orange zest, cinnamon, and nutmeg emerge mid-palate, carried by refined oak into a long, warming finish.

Long, velvety finish with sherry-driven sweetness, hints of dried fruits, almonds and cocoa, and a warm, spiced oak that lingers.
