It’s another first, and another new label for this German distillery. Saillt Mòr has been matured in an ex-Sherry cask, with a Bourbon cask finish - oddly the other way around to most sherry finished whiskies.

Deep amber with a gleaming copper-gold glow and warm mahogany edges.

Salty herbal notes mingle with bracken and leafy greens, a forest-floor revelation of oak and spice, lifted by raspberry leaf hints.
Palate
Creamy vanilla coats the palate, braided with warm wood spices. Berry fruit emerges, while herbal and green notes linger, finished by a crisp, spicy bite.

A herbal, green, and spicy finish that lingers with a gentle oak warmth, slowly fading into subtle berry echoes.
