A small batch release from Deanston. The barley used is organic and sourced from local farms, while the whisky making process for this release is fully certified organic.
Matured in American oak, this is an easy to drink whisky that still has a good level of complexity. Aromas of soft oak and citrus are joined by sweet spice and vanilla. The palate is honeyed with creamy malt, buttered toast and gently spiced wood. The finish is crisp and drying with a fresh, oaky aftertaste.
