Full-bodied and luxurious, this unfolds with dark fruit compote—figs, raisins and baked plum—interwoven with toffee, cocoa and a whisper of vanilla. Sherry influence adds almond notes and dried orange zest, while spice from cinnamon and clove lingers. At 55% ABV it remains bold and warming, delivering a long, refined finish of fruit, cacao and polished oak.
