This 6-year-old Campbeltown blended malt was bottled at 58.1% ABV as part of the Darkness range and yielded 433 bottles. The whisky was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in custom-made Oloroso sherry octave casks — small casks that increase the wood-to-spirit contact and intensify the sherry influence.

Deep burnished amber with copper highlights and a hint of mahogany.
Nose
Creamy, leathery and sweet, with rugged outdoorsy notes layered over hints of baked goods and spice.
Palate
Milk chocolate, apricot jam on a buttery croissant with a silky texture.
Finish
An opulent finish of grape sweetness, melted chocolate and ruby red grapefruit lingers on the palate, weaving cocoa-toned fruit with a bright citrus lift that slowly fades to velvet warmth.
