The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select is a Highland single malt created to showcase the distillery's long-standing relationship with sherry-seasoned oak. The whisky initially spends ten years maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in specially selected casks seasoned with Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries. Bottled at 43% ABV, the result combines The Dalmore's signature citrus and chocolate character with rich dried fruit and warming spice.

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany glow.
Nose
Caramelised orange, ginger and sultanas, laced with honey, yielding a warm, inviting bouquet of fruit and spice.
Palate
Dark chocolate and crushed almonds unfold on the palate, with a delicate dusting of cinnamon that lingers into a warm, spiced finish.
Finish
Sweet mangos linger with a silky panna cotta, finished by lemon sponge cake, creamy, citrus-kissed and indulgently dessert-like on the palate.
