A UK-exclusive single cask from Daftmill, this 12 year old was distilled in 2006 and bottled from cask number 21 at 57.1% ABV. Released in limited numbers, it reflects the distillery’s farm-distilled, traditional Lowland style.

Clean and expressive, with notes of fresh barley, orchard fruit, honey, vanilla and gentle oak, leading to a long, warming finish. Defined by its natural strength, single cask character and distinctly elegant Daftmill profile.

Daftmill
(daft-MILL) Daftmill was founded by brothers Francis and Ian Cuthbert on the family farm in the Howe of Fife, with planning for the distillery beginning in 2003 and the first spirit running on 16 December 2005. Built in converted mill buildings on a working farm, it has remained closely tied to agriculture from the start, using barley grown on the estate and water from its own artesian well.
