Nose

Sherry-soaked bouquet of dark fruits—figs, raisins, and dried cherries—laced with toffee, cocoa, and orange zest. Vanilla and toasted almond add warmth, while oak and spice lend structure. A faint whisper of smoke hints at Craigellachie’s bold, malty core.

Palate

Dark fig and raisin mingle with cocoa and treacle, carried by sherry sweetness and creamy vanilla. Spicy oak—cinnamon, clove and nutmeg—rises, adding warmth without harshness. Full, silky and chewy on the palate, it finishes long with dried fruit, subtle leather and a lingering oak-touched sweetness.

Finish
