Velvety and rich, the palate coats with dark fruit and malt: figs, raisins, and orange zest mingle with toffee and roasted almond. Sherry-cask maturity adds cacao, spice—cinnamon and clove—and a touch of mocha. A warm, oak-driven finish blooms, tapering to lingering spice and a whisper of tobacco.
