Cragganmore Distiller’s Edition is a beautifully layered Speyside single malt, finished in port-seasoned casks to enhance its natural elegance. Expect a fragrant nose of honeyed malt, dried fruits, and gentle floral notes, followed by a rich palate of toffee, dark berries, and soft spice. The finish is long, warming, and subtly sweet, with a refined depth that rewards slow sipping.

Nose

Sweet and malty. Fruitier, juicier than the regular bottling. A hint of smoke.

Palate

Firm and sweet, with smoky undertones and fruitiness. Malt, oak and smoke. Intriguingly layered.

Finish

Medium to long and dry, with fine expressions of oakiness from bananas and vanilla to cocoa.

Cragganmore
(Crag-an-MOOR) Cragganmore was founded in 1869 by John Smith at Ballindalloch in Speyside. Smith had already worked at distilleries including The Glenlivet, Macallan, Glenfarclas and Wishaw before building Cragganmore, and the site was chosen with transport in mind: it became the first distillery in Speyside designed to take direct advantage of railway access. The name comes from the nearby craggy hill, Creag Mhòr.
