Copperworks are thought leaders in cementing American Single Malt as a category in USA. Boutique y's first Batch of Copperworks is a delicious Single malt aged in new charred american oak cask. Even though their wash is made without hops, they’re still processed at Elysian Brewery. Some folks can taste a hint of hops lingering on the finish.
Clean fermentation, Forsyths stills in the shape of the more sweet Scotch distilleries and a passion for experimentation resulted in Copperworks winning Craft Distillery of the Year 2018!
The label pictures the two co-founders Jason and Micah, and Jeff, the VP of sales. The heavenly light coming into the room is a nod to Elysian Brewing who partnered with Copperworks in the beginning to design a wash for distillation.
