Opulent nose of dried plum and fig, lifted by orange zest and a whisper of burnt caramel. Rich vanilla and toffee mingle with polished oak, while sherry-influenced notes of raisin and almond add depth. A delicate hint of leather and spice threads through the sweetness, inviting a slow, contemplative sip.
Palate
Silky and elegant on the palate, this sherried single malt presents a medley of raisin, fig and orange zest, wrapped in toasted almond and cocoa. Spices—cinnamon and clove—sparkle against polished oak, lending warmth and a refined sweetness. Medium-bodied with a silky texture, it finishes long, nutty and softly spiced.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish opens with delicate orchard fruit and soft vanilla, evolving into silky oak spice and a touch of toffee. A gentle, nutty echo lingers, fading gracefully into a serene, dignified close.
