Silky and medium-full on the palate, waxy honeyed fruit leads into citrus zest, braided with sherry-spice. A briny coastal edge sits beneath roasted nuts and cocoa, while warm oak and a hint of leather echo into a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long and elegant, the finish carries maritime salt, waxy citrus and almonds, evolving into dried fruit and a whisper of spice. Sherry sweetness lingers through toasted oak, leaving a honeyed warmth that slowly fades.
