Nose

Beguiling citrus and tropical fruits—lemon zest, white grape, pink grapefruit and ripe mango—rise from a mossy base and the crisp scent of freshly ironed linen. A distinctly spicy, woody lift soars above, hinting at pepper and oak.

Palate

A creamy-smooth, full texture erupts with sweet flavour. Tingling on the tongue, fruity and malty sweetness hints at homemade rum toffee and exotic notes of spiced pineapple and green banana, brightened by spicy, drying, bracingly crisp oak. A dash of water yields an even smoother texture, yet peppery spice remains assertive.

Finish

Short, sweet and peppery, the finish fades quickly, leaving a bright hint of oak-spice. A splash of water sharpens the oaky heat, bringing the spice forward and lengthening its echo.
