Colour

Nose

Peat smoke and sea spray lead the nose, threaded with iodine and a briny mineral snap. Underneath, vanilla sweetness and citrus zest drift toward dried fig and raisin, with a whisper of cocoa from the sherry influence. Maritime salts linger, giving a polished, coastal elegance to the aroma.

Palate

Peat smoke, sea-salt and iodine lead, with an oily, elegant mouthfeel. Citrus zest and vanilla weave through toasted oak, while a subtle sherry sweetness adds dried-fruit depth. Mid-palate spice blooms into black pepper and ginger, then a long, mineral finish of maritime smoke and coastal brine.

Finish

Long, briny finish of coastal peat, sea spray and iodine, gradually softening into honeyed citrus and warm spice. The smoke lingers, resinous and refined, with a final echo of mineral tang and toasted oak.
