Colour

Golden amber with warm, honeyed hues and a subtle copper glow.

Nose

Bright, honeyed nose of orchard fruits—pear and apple—lifted by vanilla and a whisper of toasty oak. Subtle malt sweetness and refined spice mingle with citrus zest and a kiss of dried fruit, inviting a generous, elegant sip.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied palate with a creamy malt core. Honeyed orchard fruits—apple and pear—meet vanilla and toffee, lifted by gentle oak. Subtle spice from white pepper and ginger lingers, finishing warm and refined with a soft sweetness and a persistent fruit-note fade.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with honeyed vanilla, toasted oak and a touch of spice. The warmth lingers, fading to a clean, refined aftertaste of fruit and soft oak.

Bushmills traces its whiskey heritage to 1608, when King James I granted Sir Thomas Phillips a licence to distil in County Antrim. The Old Bushmills Distillery was formally registered in 1784 by Hugh Anderson, making it one of the most historic names in Irish whiskey. Production is centred in the village of Bushmills, close to the River Bush, with the distillery long associated with triple-distilled Irish whiskey made from malted barley.
