This HTFW Exclusive Buffalo Trace Single Barrel Select was hand selected from Barrel #029 and bottled in 2026 as part of Sazerac’s Single Barrel Select programme. Rather than being drawn from multiple barrels to create the standard Buffalo Trace profile, this release comes from an individual barrel, offering a distinct expression of the distillery’s Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey.
Bottled at 45% ABV, the cask produced just 204 bottles, making this a particularly limited release. The bottle carries a bespoke “Hand Selected by Hard To Find Whisky” barrel medallion, identifying both HTFW and Barrel #029. A strong addition for Buffalo Trace collectors and those interested in comparing the character of an individual cask with the regular bottling.
