Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber with a copper-gold glow and a whisper of mahogany.
Nose
Opulent nose of red berries and orchard fruits, enhanced by honeyed vanilla from bourbon maturation. Finishing in Kosher wine casks delivers blackberry, dark cherry and plum, with fig, raisin and a touch of orange zest. Spiced almond, polished oak, and a whisper of sea air weave through a soft, luxurious sweetness, revealing wine-dark depth and refined elegance.
Palate
Silky and expressive on the palate, with bourbon vanilla and caramel giving way to red-wine fruit notes—dark cherry, fig and blackberry—woven with cocoa, spice and oak. The Kosher wine cask finish adds gentle tannin and a refined, tangy warmth that lingers, carried by a subtle maritime brightness and a creamy, padded texture.
Finish
Luxurious and long, the finish brushes the palate with dark cherry and blackberry, tempered by fig and raisin. Kosher wine cask aging adds soft tannins and wine-spice, blending with vanilla-caramel from the bourbon maturation. A whisper of maritime salt and cocoa deepens, leaving a polished, fruit-forward fade with refined oak and a lingering warmth.
