Nose
Soft and elegant, the nose opens to dried-fruit richness—figs, raisins, and sultanas—woven with warm vanilla, almond, and toasted oak. Sherry influence adds dark chocolate, toffee, and spice, while a delicate sea-air note of Islay salt completes the bouquet.
Palate
Sherried and richly fruity, the palate delivers dark fig and raisin with plum and cocoa notes, all wrapped in velvety oak. Spices - nutmeg and clove - emerge alongside a subtle maritime edge, giving balance. The finish is long and refined, showing dried fruit, coffee, and a hint of leather.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish unfurls with sherry-laced sweetness: fig, raisin and dark chocolate mingle with toasted almond. Warm spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—coats the palate as a subtle coastal salt lingers, yielding a polished, enduring fade.
