Nose
Opulent and coastal, this nose unfolds with dark cherry and fig balanced by orange peel, roasted almond and toffee, all wrapped in velvety sherry sweetness. Hints of cocoa and leather mingle with subtle maritime salt and warm spice, while a restrained oak lift lingers.
Palate
Full-bodied at 56.5%, it coats the palate with creamy vanilla, lemon zest, and orchard fruits, then sherry-soaked figs and raisins. Almond, toffee, and baking spice mingle with sea-salt, iodine, and oak. A long, warming finish carries maritime hints of citrus and dark chocolate.
Finish
Long maritime finish with sea-salt brightness, citrus zest and honeyed vanilla, evolving into warm spice and toasted oak. A refined, lingering afterglow that stays elegant and quiet in the last sips.
