Velvety, full-bodied palate of malt, brown sugar and oaky vanilla, balanced by fruit-forward notes of creme de cassis and balsamic strawberry. Hints of honey, spice and hay lift the mid-palate, finishing with warm, lingering depth.
Finish
Long, contemplative finish of vanilla and oak, with brown sugar sweetness giving way to fruit-wine echoes of creme de cassis and balsamic strawberry. Subtle honeyed spice and a whisper of hay linger, fading into warm, elegant oak.
