"peat smoke wrestles with soft scented lemon blossom and carnations, on the palate, vanilla, pear, honeyed gingerbread, demorera sugar and cinnamon."
Bruichladdich 3D (3 different woods, 3 different vintages and 3 different peat levels) was the distilleries first experimental high peat level bottling that later transpired into the current day Port Charlotte and Octomore range of very heavly peated expressions, which should make this a very collectable bottling in the future.
