Out of stock
The 2013 special release of Brora and we have to say that this edition is rather special and puts the other previous releases in the shade in our opinion. This is the 12th release in the series so far.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and mahogany-tinged depth, a glow of sunlit warmth in the glass.
Nose
Coastal and intensely aromatic, this Brora opens with sea-salt and iodine, fused to smoky, medicinal peat. Waxy mineral air mingles with citrus zest and warm vanilla, while faint leather and dried fruit lend a sumptuous, old oak spine. A restrained heather sweetness threads through, finishing with an airy, briny balance that lingers.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied and intensely peated, this Brora coats the palate with maritime smoke and sea-salt minerals. Rich dried fruit, orange zest, and honeyed sweetness weave with dark chocolate and oak spice, while a mineral, iodine undertone anchors the finish. An enduring, velvety warmth lingers long after each sip.
Finish
An enduring maritime smoke coats the palate, unfolding into a long, briny finish. Salted caramel, waxy peat and dark fruit drift through the oak, with subtle leather and chocolate notes lingering as the sea-air fades.
