Paul John whisky is made with indigenous Indian six-row barley, distilled in copper pot stills and matured in charred American oak casks in Goa’s warm coastal climate. The core range includes Brilliance, Edited and Bold, alongside Select Cask and cask-finished releases, covering unpeated, lightly peated and richer cask-led styles with tropical fruit, spice, honey, oak and malt at the centre.
