Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery sheen, a warm, sunlit hue that hints at peat-smoked depth.
Nose
Honey and cocoa are laced with a hint of smokiness and a shot of espresso. A deeper whiff reveals fruity fragrances.
Palate
Grassy barley opens the palate, softening to delicate peat. A bright pulse of mint follows, giving way to mocha and a lingering, refined warmth.
Finish
A long, drawn-out finish where spice and chocolate mint linger, gradually dissolving into soft peat notes that gently close the experience.
